Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at meltedmoonstudio@gmail.com and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

To assist with your request, please include:

• A brief description of the issue
  

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
